該項目位于四川省成都市新都區君躍路618號，四川省人民政府批準成立的省級重點(diǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)區內。四川省成長(cháng)型特色產(chǎn)業(yè)園區（即“1525”工程）中的100億園區之一。工業(yè)區由成綿高速路以西的工業(yè)西區和成綿高速路以東的工業(yè)東區兩大版塊組成，總規劃面積16.7平方公里。

The project is located at No. 618, Junyue Road, Xindu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, in the provincial key development zone approved by the people's Government of Sichuan Province. One of the 10 billion growth characteristic industrial parks in Sichuan Province (i.e. "1525" project). The industrial zone consists of the industrial West Zone to the west of Chengdu Mianyang Expressway and the industrial east zone to the east of Chengdu Mianyang expressway, with a total planning area of 16.7 square kilometers.

因此我們將結合企業(yè)特點(diǎn)，推導出功能如何布局將以簡(jiǎn)潔與沉穩相結合的具體空間進(jìn)行設計，使空間更符合國企形象。大廳天花以黑色線(xiàn)條分割線(xiàn)在灰色與白色燈膜中形成了強烈的視覺(jué)沖擊延伸感，使得天花板的造型完整而靜穆，地面拼貼與天花線(xiàn)條交相映襯。墻面大面積的米色石材給予空間明亮舒暢的感官體驗，色彩不一的光線(xiàn)交錯出空間通透的美感。 
 

Therefore, combined with the characteristics of the enterprise, we will deduce how to layout the functions, and design the specific space with the combination of simplicity and calmness, so as to make the space more in line with the image of state-owned enterprises. The ceiling of the hall is divided by black lines, forming a strong sense of visual impact and extension in the gray and white light film, making the shape of the ceiling complete and quiet, and the ground collage is matched with the ceiling lines. The beige stone on the wall gives a bright and comfortable sensory experience to the space, and the light with different colors interlaces the beauty of the space.

在空間布局中，功能分區與動(dòng)線(xiàn)設計要貼合辦公需求，力求實(shí)用性與美觀(guān)性相結合。公區階梯是建筑中的小建筑，它體量相對較小，結構形式相對簡(jiǎn)單，但我們也沒(méi)有忽略它的存在斷層的階梯結構，流暢的燈帶與階梯本身的構成形式相結合，產(chǎn)生了特殊的視覺(jué)效果。

In the spatial layout, the functional zoning and moving line design should meet the office needs and strive to combine practicality and aesthetics. The public area ladder is a small building in the building. Its volume is relatively small and its structural form is relatively simple, but we have not ignored its faulted ladder structure. The smooth light belt is combined with the structural form of the ladder itself to produce a special visual effect.





坐落于窗前的空間通透明亮，俯瞰城市美景。黑色的線(xiàn)條與極簡(jiǎn)的白色體塊相搭配，融合木色的溫潤、時(shí)尚簡(jiǎn)約的設定，完美與高效的工作理念，以及豐富多元的辦公模式相匹配。

The space in front of the window is transparent and bright, overlooking the beautiful scenery of the city. The black lines are matched with the minimalist white blocks, integrating the warm, fashionable and simple setting of wood color, matching the perfect and efficient working concept and rich and diversified Office modes.
